	Master in Computer Applications is a 3 year Post Graduate Program provided by universities in India. Some Institutes in India provide various Post Graduate Diploma Programs in Computer Applications (PGDCA) which are considered equivalent to an MCA and offer good placement opportunities.

Hi Priya, Happy that you are intrested in MCA. The eligibility criteria for MCA requires: A Bachelor Degree of 3 years duration and should have studied Maths / Statistics / Business Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Programming either at degree level or 10+2 level with Minimum 50% marks in aggregate of all the years of degree examination. Priya if u have maths as a subject in B.com u can very well go for MCA..as it will be easier for pursuing the same.
