| A scholarship is an award of access to an institution, or a financial aid award for an individual student scholar, for the purpose of further education. Scholarships are awarded based on a range of criteria which usually reflect the values and purposes of the donor or founder of the award. Scholarship is needed to reduce the cost of your studies at abroad and strengthen the financial support in order to successfully complete the studies. In different countries, different types of scholarship is provided and so while selecting the course it self know about the scholarship provided and the eligibility for it. Getting a scholarship for an overseas study, is a competitive process. This is because many people like you want the scholarship, but not all can be awarded. The scholarship money is simply not enough to fund all at once. Also, the scholarship providers want to ensure that only the best, well prepared applicants are selected and so the money is spent rightly and efficiently to what it is intended for.
