Scope of Journalism/Mass communication in India

Journalism is attracting the young in droves. With an explosion in the number of television channels, growing avenues in print, online journalism and radio -the media is the place to be. Think hard, work harder If you dream of making a difference to the lives of the underprivileged, can retain your cool under stress, are willing to be non-judgmental and are amiable with different kinds of people, then journalism is an option to explore. Odd hours are part of the deal and a penchant for writing is a must. Interest in the news, a quick understanding of events and you are fairly equipped to handle the pressures of the job. Journalism is a field which is always having scope in India until the there is no political isues, no territory problems and everything remains peacefull...which is not possible.
